Proper Little Boys

The boys [Dunc] FINALLY has begun to tolerate the jogging stroller for extended periods of time...joy...meaning the three of us can now go on runs without worry! Each takes a sippy.  They generally love the relaxation and problems only arise if Dunc places his hands or feet (or anything he may be holding) on "Griffin's side" of the stroller.  I snapped the pics below on our last run together this last Sunday - we actually conquered five miles together which made Mommy very happy - when I realized G was asleep.  With his little right leg over his little left leg...crossed...so mannerly.  This is his "stroller stance" and has been for a while (remember stroller pics from Disney).  The cutest part is that Dunc copied with his little legs, too.

The Pucci Boys are SO proper.  Ha.

Rock Star

Griff is very into singing these days.  Sometimes he sings all day long...be it the theme song from Doc McStuffins...or Twinkle, Twinkle...or Old MacDonald...or the songs we make up...he's a fan!

Lately, he has been humming, too.  He will hum anything to the tune of Twinkle, Twinkle.  He has some good pitch!

And Old MacDonald..."Old MacDonald had a farm...YI YI YI YI YEEE!  And on his farm he had an...excavator!  YI YI YI YI YEEE!  And on that farm he also had a...dump truck...YI YI YI YI YEEE!  And on that farm he had a...Dunc!  YI YI YI YI YEEEE...crawl crawl here, crawl crawl there..."  He makes it up as he goes along.  And when you're around you cannot help but laugh and sing along - it's inevitable.

Here he is below belting out Twinkle, Twinkle...which he changed to "Crinkle, Crinkle" to be different.

A Boy's Best Friend

Just wanted to post a few pics that Daddy captured a while ago of Griffin Pucci with his very best friend, Tucker Bear.  These two sure do love each other...I think Griff gives Tucker almost as much love as Mommy does, and that is quite a bit!!  Here they are playing their favorite game together....FETCH!

He WAS Eleven Months! :)

Well, my littlest man is ONE!  And boy do I have a lot of pictures to post from his birthday party...and just in general.  We have been incredibly crazy-busy this summer...work, play and life have just been packed.  So I haven't posted Dunc's 11 months pics yet...and before we can get to ONE we have to get those uploaded!

Watching Daddy play a 3 on 3 Tourney in Dundee!  It was HOT!  And if you don't believe us, ask DADDY!!!

11 Months brought a new carseat...cause my "littlest" man just isn't so little after all.

Just for Fun

Just wanted to post some pics, for fun, some I took and some that Ms. Asha sent us!  They were too good not to put on our blog...they have to make the boys' books....  :)

Soccer Shoes!

We signed Griff up for soccer this Spring...and as a result he and I went on a shopping trip for some new gear.  He got some new soccer shoes, socks and a new ball!  Now, if only the gear made him like soccer....  Griff is not a fan at this point.  He has informed us that he does not like soccer, nor does he want to play.  When he and I had a talk about it all on the way home from soccer one Saturday, he told me, when asked,  that he did not want to play football.  He would like to play basketball but, "not quite yet."  He does not want to play baseball.   When I asked him what he DOES want to play, he responded "tennis."  How he knows about tennis, I have no idea...but -

Maybe we will try it all, little man.

When trying on shoes he informed me...mommy, my feet are SOOO stinky!
