Last week (I've been holding out on these few posts as you can tell) Griffin and I were reading some books before naptime. He was getting very drowsy, so I decided to put him down. However he simply would not let go of the book we were reading...so I decided it wouldn't hurt if he took it to his crib with him where I assumed he'd just lay it down and fall asleep. But when I went to turn the monitor on several minutes later I found him reading. Pretty advanced for an 8-month old. :) Pardon the quality of the pics - I didn't want to disturb his novel so I snapped a pic of the monitor screen instead.
